You can speak with us or email, and from there we can organise a time to meet with you to talk 1-1.  This will give you the chance to ask any and all questions you have, and we can explain in more detail how we can help make this very sad time easier on you, and ultimately how we can make it a celebration of your loved one’s life.

During this meeting we will go through the various types of funeral services we can organise, as well as viewing arrangements, burial options and the finer details.  By the end of the meeting everything will be much clearer for you and you will be able to start arranging with friends and family.

After our in person meeting we will be in touch with you to further discuss the specifics of the service, and in particular bring our Minister or Celebrant into the process to work out the ideal service for your loved one, in terms of both tone, feel and your family’s wishes.  This is a very important step in the process and we will work hard to make sure we create a day right just for your family and friends.

We will take care of all the statutory forms for you, including the Death Registration Form, Application for a Death Certificate and Application for burial or cremation.  But what we need from you are the following details of your deceased loved one;

• Full name
• Last address
• Date of birth
• Place of birth
• Marriage details (place, date and to whom married)
• Children’s names and ages
• Parent’s names (please include mother’s maiden name)
• Parent’s occupation (current or former)

You and your guests will have the use of all of our facilities, including our peaceful gardens, tranquil service room, as well as the function room.  The day will proceed exactly as you have planned out with our director and Minister or Celebrant, which can involve everything from music to flowers to heartfelt gatherings and viewings.  Everything is tailored just for you.
